Happy halloween peeps! Yea, this is the halloween weekend! Everything should be frightfully joyous! But well... some things do bug me lately.

Well u see, relationships between people and another is deemed to be complex. Well, most people would say so. To me, i keep it simple. Alot of people are really irresponsible in what they do and their reaction are usually misunderstanding. Immature peeps would ususally react in immature way and this has been one big problem to those people befriending the immatured. U might ask what exactly is immatured... i think there is a few elements involved in it. But the two main one is perhaps clear communication and appropriate feedback. If u cant even communicate propoerly and always leave things hanging, that would be the same as running away from problems. Communication may not necessary mean problems, but if one runs away from one, then more often than not, it must be problematic! C'mon, Y would anyone run away from communicating if they are enjoying them?? LoL The 2nd one is feedback. Actually, this is linked to communication, its more like a sub topic of communication, i point this out is becuz ppl always give the wrong feedback to right people or the right feedback to the wrong people. But giving wrong feedback isnt the worse. The worst one is when you left the communication dangling in the mid air and thats when relationship is at stake.

Everyone wants to know how much they are worth to another. Regardless of the fact that we all comes from all walks of life or anything, if your relationship management is down at the pits, i guess u wont go far either. Perhaps u're one of pure aesthetics... that would be different. But think of it this way, its because u're an eye candy now, thus people befriend u and tolerate your crapz, they will do all sorts of things to satisfy u because they feel good around u, they attain bragging rights. One day, if u lose your aesthetism, then its really an issue to see how your relationship management skills kicks in. People around gain no more bragging rights from the eye-candy, they leave... at that point of time, wat will happen? I'm pointing this article to people who have seriously lousy relationship interaction skills. I met a few such peepz and the thing is, most of them are actually either handsome or beautiful.

LoL, those dudes will defend themselves and claim that i'm writing this lashing becuz i'm jealous and stuffs, LoL, but i choose to call it a FACT. U c... if one isnt rich, nor is he/she sexy with an angelic face, then the only skill they have to socialise is their attitude in relation to the people all around them. Now, those people who are rich, sexy with an angelic face, all they need is to wave cash in the air or juz shine a beautiful smile, thats all they need to get friends. And trust me, peeps out there are sucker to such individuals. On the contrary, they would be called unkind names from others due to jealousy too. I know of some such individuals where they are totally loved by people around them! Yes, i mean totally. But lets look at this on the general point, most such individual have extreme type of friends and enemies. Either u are liked or hated.

Now, the reason for this is simple, they simply have bad interactive skills and they think that it doesnt matter cuz they can always get to meet new people to replace the old problematic ones(or at least they think they are a pain in the ass). New frens would turn to become old frens and so on and so forth.. this is juz gonna be a lame cycle like those of fashion changing with trends.

As for those non eye-candies, its because they think they aint good enough or they arent qualified to make frens of better calibre or they juz dont really bother. C'mon, blood flows in everyones veins. They are all red. So this only means that we are all the same, we are human. Life isnt born fair, but civilization progress has formed fairness into our cultures. Abuse it!

Most of us who dont have such priviledge like those of those mentioned above would think that they are inferior to them, and yes, its because they always get all the attention and HOOs HAAs.. isnt it? But i urge u peeps not to fret, we are all beautiful in some way or another. If u are nice and have a good interactive skill, u will be liked too... The interaction may not be immediately gained like those attained by those eye-candies, but hey, we should go for long term relationships! Not short-termed ones!

My views may be really discriminative and one sided, but u cant blame me when most of the examples i see fall on such category.

As for me, i try to keep in touch with all my frens. The only reason y we always lose frens is actually simple. Its because we didnt communicate.

After reading this, if u have anyone u really wanna keep near u, i urge u to pick up da phone and call them! C'mon, it wont hurt! This one phone call may go a long long way! =p

Remember one last thing, People are okay! Its their behaviour that suck! And the behaviour will goes along way in your life! It also reflects wat kinda stuck up life u have!

Someone reminded me of what Robert Kiyisaki said in his book on attaining financial freedom. If any of you peepsz have read them, you would be very familiar with the rat race. What exactly is the rat race? I gotta apologize to those dudes who already have sound knowledge on this, i've gotta explain to enlighten those poor ignorant dudes on this issue.

Rat race. Lets just say that we are rats, we are racing with each other to attain the best. We work non stop in circles for the cheese that the owner throw at us. After eating that meagre piece of shit, u would continue running and searching for the fucking piece of miserable cheese that ol "GENEROUS" boss bestow on u for being such a nice person for tending his dough while ha gave you weenynuts to chew on. Think about it and relate this to the real world, the scenerio has an uncanny resemblance to what employees experience. We are all running in a cycle just to get that money to mantain our life, so where is your turn to rear some dumb rodents? Well, the question and answers lies in yourself. Go figure it out! c'mon, u guys aint as dumb as that.. are ye? =p

We all have 2 selves, an inner self that is thoughtful, reflective and a good listener and the other is a task oriented self. Our inner self is focused on connecting with people and finding significant in life! While the outer task oriented self is focused on achieving and often too bust to learn!

Alright, still dont know the solution to leaving rat race? LoL... ermm.. alright, i'll allow the cat to come out of the bag!

To avoid the rat race...we must honour our inner selves.The only way to do that is to seek out times of solitude and serenity when we can be alone with our inner voice that says "you are a loved and valuable person." Solitude is hard to find. Even u can be physically alone, you cant really find solitude in that. Most people cant. Apparently, it seems that we all have an inner demon in ourself and that would prevent us from searching for the ultimate solitude! Therefore, i recommend that people enter their day slowly by engaging in an activity that is intrinsically valuable and noncompetitive such as meditation, reflective reading(like now! ho ho ho!) or certain kind of exercise! Actually, anything that help u to reflect about the inner giant in you while indulging in those mentioned exercise would help greatly.

LoL, now, i know some of u would go.. "Ewwww.. wtf ^%$*&%^??? this is crap dude!" But think about it, how many a times have you ever sat down and think about what to do next? Many people treat it like its a game of gamble! Those who succeed are those who plays their life as though they are playing chess or GO. And under what situation would u be best at making sound perception and decision in life? Its of cuz in a state of Heighten awareness of your environment! Doubters can go ahead and scoff. I dont owe any of u anything anyway! Your life is yours, u may go ahead and waste them if u wish, its not like its gonna affect me much! =pp

The topic of discussion today is... "feedback is the breakfast of champions"

Now now, dont go looking at me with that wide-eyed expression as though i'm talking about some alien crap. Just spend a minute or so on what i've to comment before u start doubting me about my sanity~! =ppp

Well well, lets c... In my experience all my life so far, i see alot of unmotivated people in school, college and at work. And weirdly enough, i dont see any unmotivated person after college and work! When the time to go home beckons, the seemingly wormly unmotivated crap springs to life into someone who has found his long lost mojo and revitalizer of desires. LoL =) Those people will race to their loved ones, to play some sports or even shopping or wateva. As we all can obviously see, people are motivated to do things that provide them with feedback on results. Feedback is important to people. We all want to know how well we are doing and for what value do we attain in return isnt it? So i think that its really essential for an effective performance review system to provide ongoing feedback!!

More often than not, we all save up negative information and then unload it all at once at the speed of a gattling gun and at the magnitude of an earthquake of 9.0! And well, the lamentation could be due to a minor matter...(DuH, that blows doesnt it?) or perhaps its juz becuz u were talking to someon whom another person thinks that u shouldnt talk to. (shrugs shrugs) Some people would perhaps juz abandon you altogether and leave it as though you are juz another plain monotonous freak from the dullsville. When people are attacked and not dealt carefully or truthfully, they lose respect for wateva they are doing or befriending with. Not to mention ego and pride would be lost in the midst of the melee barrages.

I seriously believe that providing feedback is most cost effective! (this includes time and money and spiritual and all those ZzzZzz, u got me anyway! LoL) This would actually improve relationships and the attitude of people. Afterall, i'm sure we all want to know how well or how poorly we did on whatever we're doing isnt it? Providing suitable feedback would instill better performance and satisfaction, it can be done quickly and it cost absolutely nothing! It can turn people around fast and c'mon, making someone happy about themself isnt all that bad. At least u made some people happy isnt it?

Now thats one less thing to worry about and one more thing to feel proud of yourself! =) Go to anyone you know today and praise them for anything! It wont hurt, and it brightens up everyone's day!

Today, i was suppose to go to college. And guess what, a very famous vehicle broke down in the middle of a frickin jam. Yea.. its a godamn rubbish truck! I wonder what the hell is the bandaraya doing? How could they not service their steed of burden? Ish!!!!! And that truck caused me to be jammed for 45minutes, and the distance convered in this duration is not even 100metres!!!!!! Now, this is seriously shitty!!! I've missed the class and i gotta suffer in the jam with the digusting stench and the afternoon sun! Now, god must have thought that i have been bad in other ways, thus, they are trying to make me pay! Jeeez! ZzzzZzzz!!!

I wake up from my sleep into the world everyday with attitude that my "ok-ness" isnt up for grabs. I firmly believe that we are not rated junk in a way or another. This doesnt mean that we all dont have areaws that need improvement. I always choose to feel good about myself. That way, i am more opened to learning. But with things like this happending everyday, how d'ya expect me to keep my fricking cool? If things around me give me a negative feedbackor criticize me something i do, I try my best as not to interpret what they are saying as meaning that i am "a bad person"! I try my best to keep my self esteem and this permits me to listen to and hear their evil sinisters whimps in non defensive ways. And from the rubbles of the aftermath, i can actually search for useful trinklets to aid me in my voyage in life~! ^__^ ermmm...

There are actually two things everyone can feel about themselves, feeling good about themself, or feeling lousy about it. Now, why in the world would anyone select the latter? ;-p

Ermm.. i was suppose to be complaining about the god damn day for satans' sake! Jeeez! ISH!

A fren of mine, JooKen asked me this question. He was actually interested to know my opinion on whichever came 1st, the chicken or the egg. Well, without much doubt, this is a pretty much open ended question and the answer to it is basically 2: THE EGG came 1st! or THE CHICKEN CAME 1st.

Lets juz look at it from 2 different perspective. I shall start with the egg.

The egg. It can be cooked in many different ways and many civilization has dishes that comprises of egg as either a major of minor ingredient... ermm.. wait, i aint talking about food... LoL Lets juz come back to the main topic! Ermmm... the egg. Without egg, there wont be any chick, let alone any chicken. Period. Simple isnt it?

The chicken. If chicken didnt lay the god damn egg 1st, where would we even get any god damn egg. Now, the problem is how the hell did the chicken came into the scenario in the 1st place if there's no eggs tat nurtured it? But if the eggs aint fertilized, we wont get any chicks coming out, the egg would have been the edible eggs we see in the market.

Either way, there isnt really a stand for this. If anyone does take one up, i think that person is juz sheer narrow minded, or he/she wanna keep things simple. I say we look at it from both sides, and in this scenario here. I have solutions to the scientific geeks and the religious fanatics. For the scientific ones, aliens made the chicken and the egg. For the religious ones, god made them. LoL, yea i know, its a stupid conclusion!

But seriously, from our human point of understanding, it is impossible to even decipher this code of life that O mighty god has bestowed upon us. This topic has actually been argued over and over again to no avail. If we could actually be enlightened on this topic, we would perhaps even know how human came into place. Y so u may ask. ITs simply because this theory also applies to human beings. As a matter of fact, it applies to alot of things.

So, the next time someone does debate on this godamn topic again, i reckon that its better that you do not waste your time! Wondering about "whether if that gal or the guy u're interested in likes u" is definitely less mind boggling!

C'mon, life's short, we have so many other superficial things to think about, lets juz leave this topic alone. Leave it to the egg/chicken scholars to fight on it. Afterall, we can only think so much. LOL

Zzzz, its Sunday. Another boring day in my god damn boring life. Everyone around me seemed to be having so much fun. And i'm stuck here doing blogging. It isnt that bad actually, but when u looked at it from the context of socialising, i think that blogging is pretty lame. Especially when there isnt anyone posting interesting comments to my rantings! Zzzzz

Lately, something in the wind tells me that i'm getting dumber. Y so? I dont know either. I remembered i was a really smart brat when i was younger. I used to read alot of encyclopedias(yes, no joke) and alot of non fictious books like animals, plants and anything to do with the ecology. I even read world maps for satan's sake. But seriously, if u ask me any god damn question now about those shitz, i'll be godamn speechless. My mom used to exclaim, "I wished u were still the scholarly u like when u're young!" And i used to reply her, " Yea, then u'll get a walking zombie as a son." :-p Oh well, being knowledgeable is one thing, but the wisdom in life that i've accumulated is something which is pretty important too. Its the same as the survey done by some socialogist lately that EQ is equally as important as IQ. My iq is pretty low if i aint mistaken. I had that test when i was taking o'lvls and i tell u, all the god damn test questions are actually common sense+shrewed perception. Yes, i know this 2 personalities is pretty contradicting but thats how it is. And its also suprising to find that so many people doesnt have common sense. Let me see, i cant remember wat i got.. i think i got about 112, my iq. One of my other frens who always fails test got an iq of 140+... now thats seriously weird. And that also proved one point, being good in memorising shit from the textbook doesnt render u an Einstein. Also, hard work doesnt give u iq too. I would call that wisdom. Not intelligence. Intelligence is actually an innate ability born to different individuals. Not that i'm saying that people are stupid, but i belief that there are always people that are smarter than the rest in some way or another. Seriously, theres a big difference between intelligence and wisdom. For those who dont know the difference, i urge u to open up your stucked up mind and read the dictionary. If u dont understand the definition in the dictionary, then seriously, go back to kindergarden! :-p

Alright, nough said, i think i'll stop here, my mind is going blanky and my head is getting swirly. The sky is getting darky and my stomach is growling hungry!

Some aeons and a half ago, Man was made. Many people may argue that human were created by god. Yes, to some extent, maybe there is god, but i belief that there is a reason on why we are in existence. Or rather, perhaps we are juz some alien's homunculus. Many historical records were written in memorandum of those godly actions and beliefs but what actually constitutes to the existence of humans? Are those records accountable? Did an alternative scenario happen, but due to the ignorance of the human race at that point of time, they may have over-express what they've seen and heard. But if we judge it from another point, it may have been true... But if that holds true, then why do we have so many variation of godly actions and beliefs among the different civilizations? Did the so-called god took different forms when facing the different civilizations? Or is there many variation of gods out there? The possibilities and arguements of different view points has been put forwards and debated on ever since man started asking why. And in perhaps a few more aeons, the human race may face a mass extinction like the dinosaurs, or perhaps we would have attained enlightenment. Til then, lets not take our life for granted, shall we? :-)

I dont wish to pin point the difference between the religion, lets all by liberal now, lets juz stand on the neutral side of matters and ponder for awhile. Most people claimed that there is heaven and hell. There is the reincarnation system and the route to nirvana. Whatever that was claimed, we will never be sure whether it is true or not. Most older generations rather "be safe than sorry", thus, most of them are god-fearing. Such individuals will bear such children and the cycle goes on and on.

I am not trying to portray a detrimental view on religion, i am just trying to post some doubts on it. Lets juz use samples from Matrix, the movie. Matrixsm has gained some popular standing among tech-fanatics and it has became a new form of "religion". The ideas shown in matrix make sense if u think about it, the flow makes sense. So WHAT IF thats the case for us now? Then may i ask what is the ultimate truth or nirvana? Is that suppose to be an endless cycle? (i assume that u peeps out there have pondered and has a substantial knowledge on Matrix)

ALright, some people will say that, how do you explain ghost? supernaturals and weird happenings? well, i will have this to say, the universe is humongous. The possibilities of any other kinda being is high. Since humans has only 5 senses, they are condoned to the fact that they have to abide by the 5 laws set by god. what if there's a 7th sense? 8th sense? 9th sense? And human eyes can only see primary colours. (secondary colours and other colours are actually a mixture of the primary colours), there is a possiblity that we are handicapped in such a way. Or rather, we're made not to be able to perform anything beyond this innate abilities that we're born with. There have been many examples of people that claimed they have supernatural sense, i do belive that this may hold true, afterall, it is juz human nature to abolish "non-explainable" matters as heresey or bullshit. But what if out of the entire population, that one special person was right about that certain matter? That, is a big possibility and of course, we will never find out if it is wrong or right. We humans are juz made to react this way. The blueprint to our reactions and feelings seems to force us to conform to all the laws thats "solid" to us. Solid here meanign things that could be understood by humans.

Huamans look at flies, the first thought is that they are pest and they are a pain the ass. The natural reaction is to try to kill it. But the fly would only be trying to survive by searching for food. By the law of nature, that is normal. But by the law of huamans, flies should be killed and be kept away due to it carrying detrimental effects. The fly, upon being killed, would neva comprehend the truth on why it was killed. The human kill it simply it want to get rid of a pest. I hope you people get the drift on what i'm trying to say here. I'm juz trying to say that we are like flies in this case. We would neva be able to uderstand what god has installed for us. God can simply be aliens trying to cultivate some new forms of creatures for experimental purposes.

Some people will then ask questions like... "who made god then?" If u havent get it already, this is a question of cycle. Perhaps its not so much so of proof in solid sense but in spirit sense. But spirit sense is also a limit on human capability. How do we ever get rid of this limit CAP? Perhaps the answers would be out one day, or we could juz die with the knowledge that we're juz nothing but some spark of dust in the wide universe.

Alright, enough with this French! I've been trying to pick up some french to enhance myself but my schedule disallowed me to do that! Sighz, i wish we all have more time, maybe another +4~+6 hours would do good. But then, that would mean... more time, more time would mean people would procrastinate more and yes, that would be awful cuz people just dont have the sense of urgency to their life anymore. OKOK, i'll stop crapping and mumbling to myself over such a silly statement i've made.

I've actually juz finished working on assignment. For those who dont know what isit, dont bother asking me, cuz its something u wouldnt want to get your brains on. But then, if u dont wanna get your brains on something so simplified, then i urge u not to touch accounting, let alone rocket science. LoL... ermm.. wait, i think i'm wandering off again... LoL... But i did find out about some hard facts on some of my friends in school due to this assignment. I was in college earlier and i was seeking help on the assignment. Everyone juz shrugged their heads or juz gave me the "BLANK" look. Arghh.. I seriously hate blank looks but thats not the no.1 on my list. Those no.1 on my list are those who keep claiming they have done their work, and refuse to guide me along with it. They will usually exclaim "My answers may be wrong!" or... "I still have some parts undone". Alright, look here, i maybe a godamn son of bitch when it comes to being a free rider on such matters, but the least i expect from those people on my top hate list is at least tell me that u dont want to share your answers. Instead of giving me lame excuses, isnt it less mind boggling to juz tell me that u dont want to share answers? Jeez, get a life peeps! Dont make complicated things more complicated than they are! Its people like you that makes this world lame! got it? L-A-M-E. Instead of indulging in hyporcritical actions, juz be true to your heart and do wat u preach! Dont preach wat u dont do! Thats a sin! DuH! Go attend some social studies class or something! ;-p(maybe i need it more? kakakak)

Right, looking at the time now, i think its time to migrate to dream land. But with my abrupt arrival, i doubt even dreamland wants me. I guess i'll juz have to drift into the abyss with my lucidic fantasies: nightmare! LoL~!

I'll say that this is my 1st official postage! But anyway, exams are coming, the 1st one is on the 11th, the 2nd one is also on the 11th. So the conclusion? I've 2 papers on the same day! Talk about tough luck! Tsk tsk! :nono: And after that, the other 2 falls on 22nd and 23rd! Talk about a god damn good schedule i have! It juz spoils all my fun and time to get some part time work! Seriously, does those coordinators in Australia have any planning skills at all!? tsk tsk! Grrr.. i'm seriously so mad! And the other thing that those educators pissed me off is when i asked for a summer course today, they practically shooed me away! Claming that i was late and blablablabla, being late was one matter, but they gave the slot to another rich brat! WTF is that man! ^&*(#$&(*%^~!!!!!!!!!! Now, i gotta go to metropolitan's Curtin Subang for an alternative summer course! Maybe it wasnt that bad of an idea afterall... i'm pretty sick of the environment in VUT anyway. One word to those educators in VUT, especially to the director, FUCK YOU! I'll graduate next time and throw shit at your faces when i've gained power! bwahahaha! :bowling:
